You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. ## Brand Trademarks Ted E's Kitchen, Maui Wowi Hawaiian, Dippin' Dots, Doc Popcorn, Boo Boo's Lemonade, and Artisan Provisions are either owned by or licensed to JT Hospitality Group. Submission of a venue partnership inquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party. ## Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies vary by service and will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe to be eligible for refunds. ## Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
