Work with a hospitality operator, not a one-off vendor
You are not looking for a form that says "we'll get back to you." You are deciding whether an operator can run food, beverage, and staffing for a venue or a public event without you babysitting every shift.
JT Hospitality Group is the parent company for that conversation. We work DFW and Texas-wide. McKinney is HQ. It is not the only market we serve.
Who should contact us
Venue managers, sports and complex operators, festival and municipal organizers, and corporate buyers who need a concessions or beverage operator should contact us. If you are shopping for a single pop-up concept with no ops plan, this is probably not your fit. Plenty of events run their own booths and do fine.
What to include in your inquiry
A useful note saves both sides a week of email ping-pong. Send:
- Venue or event name and city
- Date range (or "ongoing program")
- Guest or attendance estimate
- What you need run: concessions, alcohol/beverage, catering, staffing support, or a mix
- Whether alcohol is on the program (TABC and local rules matter)
- Who decides and how fast you need a reply
Short is fine. Vague "need catering for a big event" is not.
Service lanes we discuss
From what we actually operate under the JT Hospitality Group hub:
- Venue concessions and permanent food programs
- Beverage operations and alcohol programs
- Festivals, fairs, and municipal events
- Catering and special events
- Event operations and staffing support
If you want to learn more about a specific concept under the family of brands (Ted E's Kitchen, Longhorn Liquid Catering, Artisan Provisions, Boo Boo's Lemonade, and others listed on the site), say so. Those pages are for learning more. Lead capture for operator work stays here.
HQ and direct lines
DFW-based. Texas-wide framing on the work. Reach out with the venue or event details above.
FAQ
Do you only work in McKinney?
No. HQ is in McKinney. The buyer conversation is DFW and Texas-wide venues, festivals, and municipal events.
Can I book a single brand concept without an operator conversation?
You can ask to learn more about a brand on the hub. If you need food and beverage run as a program, start with the operator conversation on this page.
What happens after I email or call?
You get a reply that either qualifies the fit or tells you honestly if we are the wrong operator for the job. Bring the six inquiry items above so that call is short.
