    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Sorrells Enterprises, LLC dba JT Hospitality Group's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

    SMS/Text Messaging Terms

    By opting in to text messages from Sorrells Enterprises, LLC dba JT Hospitality Group, you agree to receive messages such as quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, and event details at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Use of Services

    Service Agreements

    When you engage our catering, concession, or event services, separate service agreements may apply. These agreements will outline specific terms including pricing, service details, cancellation policies, and liability provisions. Such agreements supplement but do not replace these general Terms of Service.

    Intellectual Property

    The content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by JT Hospitality Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

    Brand Trademarks

    Ted E's Kitchen, Maui Wowi Hawaiian, Dippin' Dots, Doc Popcorn, Boo Boo's Lemonade, and Artisan Provisions are either owned by or licensed to JT Hospitality Group. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, JT Hospitality Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JT Hospitality Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

    Food Safety and Allergies

    While we maintain high food safety standards, customers are responsible for communicating any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

    Venue Partnerships

    Venue partnership inquiries and agreements are subject to separate negotiation and contracts. Submission of a venue partnership inquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellation and refund policies vary by service and will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe to be eligible for refunds.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
